Vinyasa Flow

Tuesday: 19:00- 20:00 with Espi

Discover inner harmony in our inclusive 1-hour Vinyasa class! Suitable for all able to rise from the floor, bear (a little) weight on their hands, and kneel. Unite breath and movement, rejuvenate your spirit, and embrace the transformative power of yoga. Join us for a soulful flow!

Sunrise Flow

Friday: 6:30- 7:15 with Ellie

Ease into the weekend with our Friday AM Sunrise Restorative class. Unwind with gentle asana, soothing props, and nourishing movements. Conclude with 15 mins of blissful relaxation and meditation. Recharge your spirit and embrace tranquility. The perfect way to wind down! Suitable for everyone.
