Emily graduated from Bird College- Conservatoire of Dance and Musical theatre and started her career working as a professional dancer before finding her passion for fitness. She is a fantastic instructor qualified to Level 3 in Pilates, as well as being trained as an ISTD Dance Teacher, and Barre Instructor. Emily prides herself on creating a supportive, focused class environment; allowing everyone the space to learn and enjoy!
