Service Description

The Pilates and Mindfulness Combined Workshop is a holistic approach to exercise and mindfulness, combining the core-strengthening and flexibility-enhancing exercises of Pilates with the mindfulness techniques that promote relaxation, self-awareness, and mental clarity.


Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the class. If you are added to our waitlist, offers will automatically be sent out on our members app. If you are not a member, I will send you an email to let you know when a space becomes available.
