Nurture Your Body and Soul: Self-Care Workshop with Pilates, Stretch, and Guided Meditation

This is an extended 90 minute session. We will set intentions, guide you through internal reflections and take you on a Pilates journey. This session will also conclude with a guided meditation and The Quarter have kindly donated tea & cake for us to enjoy afterwards! 


100% of proceeds for this event will go to Douglas MacMillan Hospice.
