GUIDED
MEDITATION

Pivot Therapies' guided meditation provides a structured mindfulness approach aimed at fostering consistent practice. Each session starts with grounding in a standing position for stability. We emphasise setting intentions and breath work to centre the mind and body.

 

Throughout the session, mindful moments are integrated, often during stretches, to encourage reconnection with breath and present awareness. The practice culminates in a 15-20 minute guided meditation for deep relaxation. Sessions vary but typically include breath work, full-body relaxation, body and soul scanning, moments of positivity, and end with gentle stretching and reflection.

LEVEL OF MOVEMENT

This class welcomes everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. With smaller class sizes, we ensure personalised attention and accessibility for all participants.

 

Clinical Pilates offers exercises divided into 4-6 levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

 

In this session, the focus isn't on intense cardiovascular or muscle-building workouts. Instead, we prioritise taking time to reconnect with your body, building awareness of posture, and releasing tension. Join us to rejuvenate and realign your mind and body.

You're not alone – many people face this challenge. Rest assured, our class is designed to be inclusive and supportive, leaving negativity at the door. Throughout the session, we incorporate mindful movements to sow the seeds of relaxation. The nature of Pilates naturally fosters a focused mindset as you tune into your body's movements.

 

During the guided meditation, you'll have ample time to find a comfortable position, minimizing distractions from discomfort or surroundings. It's normal for thoughts to wander during meditation; simply acknowledge it, take a breath, and gently guide your focus back to the speaker. With practice and repetition, quieting the mind becomes more attainable. Embark on your journey to inner peace and mental clarity.

Since these workshops are held just once a month and we keep them cosy with smaller group sizes, it's best to reserve your spot ahead of time. That way, you won't miss out on the chance to join us for some mindful movement and relaxation.
